A little about me, I promise just a little.
Why did I become a Celebrant?
Because I want everyone to have the opportunity to have the ceremony that they want, their way. Our society is a huge mixing pot of cultures, faiths, genders and relationships, I wanted to open the ceremonial door for every type of person and background.

What is my favourite thing about being a Celebrant?
Meeting so many new people. Each person has a different story to tell and having that story shared with me is a privilege. Being able to use your story to create the perfect ceremony to share with your friends and family is an honour.

What was I doing before I became a Celebrant?
I ran a succesful cake making business and then became a teaching assistant in a special educational needs setting. So I have always worked with people. Although I do still like a cake.
Are there any ceremonies I wouldn't write and deliver?
No! I am here to work for my clients and deliver the ceremony that they want, not what I think they should have. I love a challenge and my clients happiness is paramount. If a request seems tricky or difficult I will find a way. Never say never!
What is my favourite part of a ceremony?
All of it. The excitement, the anticipation, the sharing of an event, the happiness. There are so many emotions experienced by everyone in just one ceremony, it is impossible to pick out just one part.
